SOUTHWESTERN TOWN
WATER CONSERVATION PROGRAMS

Especially in the Southwestern United States Water Conservation is a big concern. Every day we read of drought, widespread forest fires and the demand for water being higher than the supply. We are restrained by high water costs and community limits on water use. As more and more people move into the Southwest sources become more and more depleted.

There are many things we can to do to conserve our precious commodity, such as use xeriscape gardening techniques for our yard, install watering systems on a timer for our trees and landscaped areas, catch water in rain barrels or install gray-water piping systems for re-use in our yards and gardens.

Installing a WATER GUARDIAN Hot Water Recirculation System is a way to not only conserve water and electricity, but to enjoy the convenience of having hot water where you need it, when you need it, and save all that water that would normally go down the drain while waiting for it to warm up.

Promoting the savings of water, many towns and cities now offer rebates for installation of Re-Circulating Hot Water Systems that will save water with out increasing the Electric or Gas Energy, in an attempt to save water.

Rebates often vary from $50.00 to $150.00 per home. You can check with your local government offices to find rebates that may be offered in your area.

NOTE: Re-Circ. Systems utilizing the clock control method, has the system continually circulating Hot Water, thereby increasing Electric or Gas Energy used to heat water, due to the plumbing pipes that continually cool down, dissipating what heat existed.
