WHY?
In the event a vehicle Battery becomes Old, used in too Hot, or too Cold a Climate, efficiency becomes considerably less; With a Fuel Cell System immediately drawing current at such time as the Ignition Switch is turned ON, this may be the first problem encountered when attempting to start the Engine.

A Time Delay Relay, set for approximately 30 to 60 seconds will prevent the Fuel Cell from drawing current for the 2 minute time limit, this in turn leaves the vehicle Battery in its normal mode until the Time Delay Relay applies +12 VDC to the Power Relay; Power Relay in turn couples the Vehicle Battery to the actual Fuel Cell Generator along with the associated Oxygen Sensor Equalizer Unit.

General Purpose of:
