Hydrogen Fuel Cell Systems
Within
the World Wide Web, a person will find several
different companies which provide "DIY,"
Do It Yourself "KITS" or complete system
components, which can be installed on a typical
vehicle, that will extract Hydrogen Gas from Water
(H2O) and direct it into the Air Intake Manifold
to be mixed with the normal air intake.
The
average cost of a Hydrogen Fuel Cell System Kit
will be about $600.00 to $1000.00. They usually
work quite well, but with the newer vehicles,
with a fairly congested under hood condition,
are somewhat time-consuming to install.
At
such time a person has installed a Hydrogen Fuel
Cell System with Hydrogen Gas directed into the
Intake Manifold, a factory installed and calibrated
vehicle computer will see that the engine is running
on "LEAN" Air/fuel Ratio. Immediately
and continuously, the computer will change the
voltage to the Engine Injector Rack, therefore
adding more fuel to enrichen the Air/Fuel Ratio,
thereby defeating the fuel saving purpose, possibly
even burning more fuel than before.
With
the problem as outlined, an "Equalizer"
Bridger Unit should be installed between the Engine
Exhaust Line Oxygen Sensor and the Vehicle Computer.
An "Equalizer," adjusted properly to
+475 Millivolt, in series with the Oxygen Sensor
Voltage, will continuously and automatically return
the computer to its original factory setting for
best overall Air/Fuel ratio of approximately 14.7
to 1 for a finer combustion efficiency.
In
Summary, with an Equalizer Unit installed, a person
which has spent time and money for Fuel Savings
Equipment will now have an overall better mile
per gallon capability.
Question:
Does your vehicle have a Single Exhaust Manifold
with a Single Oxygen Sensor Unit? With Dual Exhaust
you will need two"Equalizers." One for
each Oxygen Sensor Unit.
