Mechanical, Oxygen Sensor Extender

Today there are two methods of assisting the On-Board Vehicle Computer to adjust the Hydrogen and other Gas Usage.

One is the Mechanical Oxygen Sensor Extender. This simply places the Oxygen Sensor element at more of a distance from the exhaust fumes. With the element at a greater distance, aware that Hydrogen Gas is being burnt, a normal voltage will be produced and sent to the On-Board Computer. The computer will then adjust the Voltage to the Fuel Injector Rack as normal. In a degree, this is a good method, but mechanical.

Not all vehicale engines are easy to work on due to the close tolerance (mechanically) in order to add the Extender to the Oxygen Sensor device.

At most automotive parts stores a special wrench can be purchased for about $12.00 to $15.00. This special wrench is a split type of wrench, which will fit over the wires from the OSU to the on-board computer

In the event 1 or 2 OSU Extenders are needed for your vehicle engine click HERE.
