Frequently Asked Questions

1. Question: What happens if the water in the Hydrogen Cell and Water Jar should freeze in Winter weather"

Answer: KOH (potassium Hydroxide) and the Distilled water mixture, normally protects freezing down to approximately 0 deg F. Reduce the reqular mixture of Distilled water and KOH by about 25%, purchase a bottle of Denatured Alcohol, bring the water level back to normal with the Alcohol. This will protect the freezing problem down to approximately -35 deg F.

2. Question: How often should the water jar be refilled and / or changed?

Answer: Every 2 to 3 months or every 3 to 4 thousand miles when the engine oil is changed.

Answer B: Carry a small container of Distilled Water with you in the Car or Truck, check the Water Jar Reservoir level once in a while. Probably, every-other time the vehicle is re-fueled or engine oil level is checked. Water Level should be at least 1 third full but not over 2 thirds full, never let the reservoir run dry, or the circuit breaker will disengage, and the System will stop generating Hydrogen.

3. Question: Is the Volital Hydrogen Gas Dangerous if a person should have a traffic accident.

Answer: No. The gas is not under prssure and only the engine intake manifold vacuum is drawing "moving" the Hydrogen Gas from the water jar to the engine filter area, in small amounts, just to en-richen the normal intake air.

4. Question: What is the Drain on the Battery and Electrical system for generating Hydrogen Gas.

Answer: Normal drain on the Battery is usually only 6 to 10 amps at +12 VDC. The Battery is steadily being charged by the Engine Alternator as a person drives, and converted to DC Voltage for the battery and electrical system.

Answer B. A very small amount of engine horsepower and Fuel is being wasted on the Engine Alternator system. So smalll, at this time we have not completely analyzed how much.

5. Question: How large a Hydrogen Fuel Cell System is needed for what size vehicle and it's engine.

Answer: Go to the Question page or example page on the index, give the factory the necessary answers to your vehicle and we will get back to you ASAP. As stated before, The larger the engine, the more Hydrogen is needed to increase the miles per gallon of the fuel being used.
